Join the SSTARBIRTH Team as a Residential Shift Lead (32 Hours, 2nd Shift)
Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: 32 Hours per Week, 2nd Shift
Are you passionate about supporting women and families as they build healthier futures? SSTARBIRTH, a long-term residential substance use treatment program serving pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Shift Lead to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Do
- Implement daily program schedules and activities
- Supervise and support residents and their children throughout the shift
- Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing living environment
- Monitor and document client self-administration of medications
- Complete shift documentation and maintain accurate records

Experience and Skills:
Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Crisis prevention and intervention skills preferred.
- Prior experience working in Residential Treatment and/or knowledge of early recovery related issues is preferred.
HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $18.00 per hour
