Schedule and Availability:
Driving assignments vary based on client needs. Drivers must be available to work:
- Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Occasional weekend shifts (scheduled in advance & paid out at premium rate)
- Routes planned ahead for consistency and efficiency
What You'll Do:
- Transport clients to medical appointments, rehab facilities, and community outings
- Assist passengers safely with entry and exit (wheelchairs, mobility support, etc)
- Communicate with dispatch and follow structured schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
- Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
- Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
- Willingness to complete are required training and certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Compassionate and caring personality
