Recruiter - Construction Staffing

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Rockledge, FL team!  You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals for select high profile clients.  We’re looking for someone with established sourcing and recruiting experience, impeccable customer service skills, and one who can adjust to new demands throughout the work week.  Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networkingPartner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutionsCommunicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finishAccurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirementsOccasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines Qualifications2 years recruiting experienceStrong sourcing skillsAbility to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly Location: Rockledge, FL (Corporate Office – Onsite Only)Pay Range: $50,000 (based on experience) $2,000–$4,000 in monthly incentivesHours: 40 hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time offWhy Join SST?Competitive base salary plus monthly incentive bonusesFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companySupportive and dynamic team culture INDH Powered by JazzHRMOpVEPeFMh
