Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to play a key role in supporting and coordinating new-hire onboarding activities for our temporary tradespeople, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience. - Fulltime, Internal Position: Onboarding Specialist
- Location: Austin, TX
- Salary: $50,000-55,000/yr
- Bonus: ~$2,000 in monthly incentives
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility to work extended hours during peak times)
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced staffing or high-volume environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you perform proactively and with urgency.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, onboarding platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte’ and Fieldglass a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires including new hire paperwork, background check/screening, data and document collection and submission, and monitoring the status of each step.
- Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high-volume of data entry.
- Serve as the go-to contact for new employees, answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Work closely with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
