The Mailroom Associate - Temporary is the first processor for all incoming mail. This position requires you to work both independently and as a team, while maintaining productivity and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability. Part-time schedules are available Monday-Friday; (approximately 20 hours per week). This role is performed fully in person in our Glen Mills, PA office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and process incoming mail.
- Remove mail contents from envelopes.
- Count and organize mailing contents.
- Review scanned data images for accuracy.
- Enter data from scanned images.
Position Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Typing, Computing and Data entry skills.
- Type 50 wpm or better.
- Lift and carry as heavy as 40 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Use repeated hand, finger, and wrist motions.
- Must have Reliable transportation.
Pay:
$14 / hour
