Our company is currently seeking a Quickbooks Enterprise Reporting expert to join our team! You will be responsible for producing advanced financial reports for our Quickbooks clients. This is a 100% remote contractor position with top hourly rates! Responsibilities:Obtain accounting data from client Quickbooks Enterprise systems, remotely.Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets tailored to project needs and business requirements.Create dynamic reports and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into effective spreadsheet solutions.Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and validation checks.Provide training and support to staff on best practices for spreadsheet use and data management.Be sure to document spreadsheet processes and updates for future reference and compliance purposes.Qualifications:Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, graphs and VBA programming (optional)."Quickbooks Enterprise Advanced Reporting" Module experience is a big plus.Experience in creating automated solutions to streamline workflows.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data management and automation through Excel.
