What You’ll Do
- Lead FOH retail kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety quality
- Manage cost controls budgets
- Develop and support your team
- Run systems, scheduling, merchandising
- Solve problems, forecast, report
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years in retail or restaurant/food service leadership
- Computer POS system proficiency
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Culinary background is a plus
- Able to interact across all levels (executives to hourly team)
