The Opportunity
We are seeking a smart, ambitious, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our Operations Team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with event sponsors, overseeing sponsorship deliverables, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring flawless execution across events.
What You’ll Do
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Event Directors, Sales, Marketing, and Production.
- Create sponsorship deliverables and activation ideas that support revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring exceptional service from pre-event planning to on-site execution.
- Organize and manage one-on-one business meetings between vendors and end-users.
- Coordinate suppliers and third-party vendors (e.g., printers, AV providers, contractors, caterers, and freight companies).
- Manage on-site logistics including hotel reservations, expo hall setup, conference room organization, staff supervision, and post-event breakdown.
- Support Senior Event Coordinators with administrative tasks such as database management, document design, and reporting.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Previous experience in events, sponsorship management, or operations is a plus (but not required).
- The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently, taking ownership of tasks without requiring constant direction.
