Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
EXCEPTIONAL INTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Working closely with internal stakeholders on non-competitive, letter / scope proposals including assembly, reviews, approval, and tracking.
- Utilizing excellent communication and project management skills to bring together information from multiple sources to meet tight deadlines.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials.
- Assist with competitive proposals and presentations as needed, including pulling, updating, or modifying standard materials and assembly / delivery.
- Supporting Marketing Coordinators and Senior Marketing Coordinators to meet their proposal / presentation / qualification deadlines.
- Includes some data entry and extraction from our database.
- Tailor professional resumes for technical staff on specific opportunities .
Qualifications You’ll Need on Day One:
- Excellent writing / editing / proofreading skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail and deadline-oriented environment with demonstrated efficiency and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Able to easily navigate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint (database) isn't necessary, but willingness to learn and embrace is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- AEC industry knowledge or experience.
- Salary Range: $60,000-$67,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
