Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerAutomate, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
