- Enjoy a Schedule with work/life balance:
- Full-Time 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week)
- Clinic is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.- 6 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
- NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
- Autonomous environment
- Patient-focused support staff - team will include a behavioral health therapist, MA, and RN
- New facility with on-site lab
- Experience as a provider within primary care or urgent care
- Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
- NPs should have Family Certification
