- 60% Clinical Practice- option to lower FTE if desired
- 40% Administrative Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight for the Baraboo market primary care services
- Areas of oversight include Baraboo, Portage, and Wisconsin Dells
- Partner with Operations Leaders to optimize care delivery
- Lead Primary Care redesign initiatives
- Drive implementation of system-wide programs
- Maintain a focused clinical practice
Leadership Impact:
As Medical Director, you will be instrumental in:
- Developing and executing primary care strategy
- Monitoring and improving quality metrics
- Managing resource allocation and utilization
- Building and maintaining high-performing care teams
- Implementing best practices across primary care services

Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification Family Medicine
- Active Wisconsin Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active Unrestricted DEA registration
- Minimum of 8 years of primary care clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of physician leadership experience
