The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including:
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial)
- Conduct and manage due diligence for purchase and sales transactions.
- Assist with the coordination and management of closings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law at a law firm
- Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
