Title: Servicing Technician
Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: General Manager, Servicing Technician Manager
Summary / Objective
The primary function of the Servicing Technician is to assist in the proper performance of the periodic required maintenance and other various diagnostic and repair tasks required to ensure accurate operation of the CYPRES AAD, along with required documentation and record keeping.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Performing tests including but not limited to waterproof testing, temperature testing, electric resistance and voltage testing, etc.
· Learns and follows procedures as demonstrated by instructor or manager.
· Work fluently with the team in order to achieve and maintain quick turnaround times for items in service to provide the best customer experience possible.
· Performs weekly inventory and informs supervisor or places parts and supply orders based on workload and delivery times.
· Responsible for learning and performing software testing and updates for items in service.
· Capable of performing calculations as taught by instructor or supervisor for test procedures.
· Inspect and test all service items for continuity and completion prior to finalizing service items.
· Maintain test data in appropriate places and ensure information is correct in database.
· Maintain, with accuracy and integrity, all reports and data collection.
· Capable of working independently or as part of team to meet individual or common goals.
· Understands and can utilize computers and general software such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
· Experience in using electric multi meter, soldering iron and other such instruments and tools.

· Knowledge and ability to perform complex testing, troubleshooting, and repair procedures on electronic instrumentation and equipment.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
Travel
Travel may be required to attend trade shows or training in Germany, less than 5%.
Preferred Education & Experience
· 2-year Technical Degree and 1-2 years work experience in technical servicing or similar trade.
· Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), and modern Windows OS.
