Job Title: Project Manager - Mid - Level

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an effective project leader to oversee and drive successful project execution from initiation through completion. Our team relies on strong organization and communication to ensure critical projects are completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and facilitate meetings to drive progress.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and communicate with stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
