Job Title: Product Review Engineer

Location: Renton, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineering professional to support factory-floor operations, resolve production non-conformances, and help transform design intent into safe, practical results. Our team is looking to connect with candidates who bring strong communication, sound engineering judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving complex product and process issues.

Candidates can work from the following available locations:

Portland (Oregon), Renton, Auburn, and Frederickson (Washington).

Responsibilities

• Analyze production non-conformances, determine root cause, and develop appropriate dispositions.
• Apply engineering principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support integrated product teams, participate in design reviews, and collaborate closely with production personnel.
• Develop product and process improvements, customer correspondence, repair solutions, and test procedures as needed.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited course of study.
• 14 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
• Current or prior BCA MRB experience within the last 2 years.
• Ability to work fully onsite and participate in a factory environment with stairs, trip hazards, high-noise areas, chemical hazards, and airplane access during build stages.
