Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Associate (1-Year Contract, Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
Experience: B.S. 2–3 years | SAP required
Summary:
The GD Americas Hub Specialist supports daily GDP/GMP-compliant distribution operations, manages shipment activities, and executes SAP transactions to ensure accurate and timely product movement. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain compliance, improve processes, and support key initiatives for Company distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute GDP/GMP business processes with minimal supervision.
- Manage inbound/outbound shipment schedules and create shipping documents.
- Book couriers, manage shipping supplies, and complete distribution activities in SAP.
- Track distribution budgets and maintain KPIs/metrics.
- Develop and update SOPs, forms, training materials, and business documents.
- Train new team members and support deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve processes and ensure compliance.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on SAP execution in distribution/logistics/supply chain.
- SOP execution & documentation in a regulated (GDP/GMP) environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biotech/pharma distribution or supply chain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with GxP, SOX, and clinical study operations.
- Experience with CDOCS, QMTS, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire.
- CMIS PMP or CPIM certification.
