Job Summary: We are seeking an effective project leader to oversee and drive successful project execution from initiation through completion. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and facilitate meetings to drive progress.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and communicate with stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is required for all project management roles.
