Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support by managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Organize and oversee meetings, events, and department initiatives, including logistics such as catering, room bookings, and materials preparation.
- Handle travel itineraries, process expenses, and maintain confidential records and office systems in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate across departments to address complex issues, support reporting and expense management, and back up other administrative staff as needed.
- Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple executive calendars, arranging travel, and processing expenses, as well as real-time meeting minute capture.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information and collaborate effectively across teams.
