Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience in medical or dental reception, bookkeeping, or personal assistant duties.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff or providers
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with high accuracy
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer support
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing office supplies
  • Assist with office management duties including record keeping and basic bookkeeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse client needs
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous
  • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and proofing documents efficiently
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.29 - $28.05 per hour
