PROJECT MANAGER

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate proactively with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
- Support permitting, regulatory reviews, and compliance tasks.
- Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or planning (required).
- 5 years of progressive experience in the A/E/C or planning industry.
- Licensure preferred (PE, RA, AIA, AICP); candidates pursuing licensure encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
PMP Requirement
- PMP certification required within 12 months of hire (SSFM provides training and reimbursement support).
- Current PMP or related credentials (PgMP, CCM) are a plus.
Salary Range
$90,000 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience, licensure, and project management capability.
