We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager with a valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to lead and deliver complex engineering projects. As a Senior Project Manager at SSFM, you will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project success from inception to completion, and serving as a trusted partner to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams, ensuring all members understand and execute their roles effectively.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering professional growth and a collaborative team culture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Uphold SSFM's standards of excellence, integrity, and client service.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited university (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- 5 years of progressive project management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CCM, DOT) may be required depending on project type.
