Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Handle all guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with night audit responsibilities, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to support financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and facilities are in top condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse guests effectively.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle night audit duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
