Your Mission

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of basic electricity and electronics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Willingness to learn satellite ground station systems and procedures
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 15 meters) and in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work night/weekend shifts and respond to call-outs within 2 hours
- Safety-conscious and able to enforce safe work practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Experience with RF systems, satellite communications, or teleport operations
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- IT/network troubleshooting experience
- Amateur radio or related communications background
- Relevant trade school, associate degree, or university qualification
- Operate and maintain satellite communications equipment and support systems
- Perform routine service, testing, and preventive maintenance
- Respond to real-time operations, including satellite launches and critical pass support
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults in RF, IT, or mechanical systems
- Assist with installing new systems and equipment
- Maintain accurate logs and technical documentation
- Perform general site and facility upkeep
- Full-time, hands-on work in one of the world’s most remote and unique ground stations
