Job Description
We are a metal stud manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, inventory counting, material organization, and general warehouse coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations
- Check, count, and organize incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control
- Help manage warehouse storage and ensure materials are properly organized
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth warehouse and logistics operations
- Inspect goods and update records as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- H-1B sponsorship support available
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or materials management experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, metal framing, or related industries is a plus
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pay: $16.00 - $36.00 per hour
