The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations. * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. * Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. * Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations. * Ensure individual and crew work safety. * Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times. * Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement. * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. * Maintain the required safety training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate oilfield equipment.
- Use basic tools such as hammers and hand valves.
- Participate in pre-job and safety meetings.
- Ensure equipment is prepared for rig up/down.
- Maintain equipment and report issues.
- Follow CLIENT safety standards and wear PPE.
Experience and Skills
- No minimum years of experience required.
- CDL or CLP preferred – driving heavy vehicles is only 5–10% of the role.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Education/Certification Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Length of Assignment
- Potential for extension or conversion to full-time based on performance.
Training
- NEST training will be completed in Kellyville.
o Dress code: Business casual attire during training; functional workwear in the field.
Shift/Hours
- 15 days on / 6 days off rotation.
- Estimated 70–80 hours per week.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with outdoor field work in various weather conditions.
Safety
- PPE is provided by CLIENT.
- Prescription safety glasses must be brought by the worker if needed.
- Strict adherence to CLIENT safety policies and standards.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
