Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for complex ERS systems.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Test large data volumes (millions of records) using SQL Server.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Manager throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor junior QA staff on automated testing tools.
- Document test results, defects, and metrics accurately.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 7 years in software QA across full lifecycle.
- 4 years with SQL queries and data validation.
- 4 years testing large data sets in SQL Server.
- 5 years testing PeopleSoft Pension, Benefits Administration, Financials.
- Tools/Tech: Automated testing tools, VB Script, SQL Server, SharePoint/K2, .NET, MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
