White Glove is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a driven, patient, and energetic individual to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our SaaS marketing platform clients and manage platform demos, training, onboarding, and support of enterprise marketing initiatives utilizing the platform. To be successful in this role, you will need to own and grow existing enterprise relationships and be knowledgeable about White Glove’s marketing platform and client tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has superior communication skills, and has experience working with outside teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our enterprise client administrators as the primary point of contact, including overall customer adoption and success responsibilities relating to the White Glove SaaS Marketing Platform
- Primary KPI’s support growing engagement rates and utilization by advisors and other users within an enterprise account
- Work directly with enterprise administrators (usually marketing teams) to assist deployment of marketing strategies to its advisor stakeholders utilizing the marketing platform
- Identify advisors within enterprise clients with low engagement that might be candidates for Done-For-You marketing solutions
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with enterprise customers and executive sponsors to ensure that our clients are using our solution to achieve full business value
- Develop and execute client success plans, and track and report on key metrics for customer adoption and success
- Become a subject matter expert on White Glove’s enterprise platform and done-for-you marketing solutions
- Communicate and demo marketing platform updates to enterprise clients related to new features, enhancements or services
- Act as the ‘voice of the client’ and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
- Partner with our sales team to demo and position our marketing platform with prospective customers and look for expansion opportunities
- Build and host training demos for new client onboarding
- Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in client support, customer success, or related role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with account-based marketing
- Experience with Marketing automation platforms for email and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Basic HTML experience preferred
- Previous experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Jira, Front preferred)
