We are currently seeking a dynamic sales professional for the Ohio and Michigan territory. Candidates should reside in the Toledo Ohio area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Calling on existing accounts
· Generating new business
· Responsible for territory growth by expanding the product offerings within current accounts and actively prospecting new ones
· Ensure all communication with new or existing customers is logged in to the CRM system
· Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customers
· Provide guidance on price competitiveness
· Participate in tradeshows, training or associated product meetings
· Collaborate with sales representatives from other territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Skills & Proficiencies:
· Ambitious, self-driven and dedicated
· Experience working in CRM systems
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other programs
· Resilient with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Requirements:
· High school degree or equivalent
· At least 1 year of sales experience
· B to B sales experience in the landscape, hardscape, DIY or construction industries preferred
· Work from home
· Must reside within the territory to best service the region
· Significant time in the field selling, managing and maintaining business
· Overnight travel
