Experienced Security Officers with Current Texas Security License

Duties

• Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including CCTV surveillance, to identify potential security risks or irregularities.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and law enforcement procedures when necessary.
• Perform detailed inspections using CCTV systems and physical checks to prevent theft, vandalism, or loss.
• Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security breaches for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders during critical incidents to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Texas Security License is required; must be able to present license upon hire.
• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training are advantageous.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts; excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
