Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct support and supervision to RBTs
- Work in-person with families a few days a week
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure client success
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
