Customer Service Associate
SRQ Fabrications Inc. is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Process open orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
