Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Asset Management to lead and deliver strategic business and technology initiatives across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, governing, and successfully delivering programs related to investment operations, sales and distribution, regulatory compliance, and technology transformation.

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, program governance, risk management, and financial services domain expertise. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with business, operations, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Asset Management programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk mitigation, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive project status reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups, while supporting Scrum Master responsibilities when required.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and quality metrics.
  • Support technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives within the Asset Management domain.

Functional & Domain Expertise

Asset Management

  • Strong understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations.


Knowledge of investment products including:

  • Equities
  • Fixed Income
  • Derivatives
  • Mutual Funds
  • Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs)
  • Experience with portfolio management, trade lifecycle management, and settlement processes.
  • Understanding of NAV calculation, fund accounting, performance measurement, and attribution reporting.


Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks including:

  • SECF/INRA/AML/KYC
  • Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), Market Data, and Reference Data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution functions within Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of intermediary and institutional investment business models.
  • Familiarity with portfolio analytics, investment products, and market data management.


Technical Skills

  • AWS Cloud Services
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Asset Management programs and projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with business leaders and clients.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments and project governance frameworks.
