Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices across the organization.
- Manage and support core network infrastructure, including VPN, Ethernet, WIFI, and firewalls (SonicWall).
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policy to manage user access and ensure system security.
- Serve as a key escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proactively maintain system health through strategic patching, updates, and data backup procedures.
- Provide clear technical guidance and support to team members.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support, including some weekends for scheduled maintenance.
- Proven experience in an IT Systems and/or Network support role.
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, network architecture, and security protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- A self-starter with outstanding time-management abilities who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, VMWare, Dell hardware, and SonicWall is highly desired.
- IT Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , CCNA) are a significant advantage.
