As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for servicing concrete mixer trucks, dump trucks, loaders, trailers, and other fleet equipment. Duties may include oil changes, greasing equipment, replacing filters, checking and topping off fluids, inspecting tires, brakes, belts, hoses, lights, and identifying potential mechanical or safety concerns. You will work closely with the fleet maintenance team to help reduce downtime, maintain equipment reliability, and support daily operations.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic mechanical repairs on company fleet vehicles
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, etc.)
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings to senior mechanics or supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other entry-level fleet maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Strong interest in fleet maintenance, vehicle repair, or becoming a mechanic
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fleet mechanics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
