As a Mixer Operator, your primary responsibility is to safely operate and maintain concrete mixer trucks while delivering high-quality concrete to a variety of commercial and residential job sites. You’ll be the face of SRM Concrete at customer locations, so providing exceptional customer service is a key part of the role.

You’ll be the face of SRM Concrete at customer locations, so providing exceptional customer service is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products.
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to residential and commercial sites while maintaining a courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public.
- Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries.
- Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process.
- Valid CDL Class A or B license.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Proven safe driving record.
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions.
- No unexplained gaps in employment history.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
