Mixer Operator (CDL) Ready Mix Concrete

Job Description:
LOCAL CDL MIXER OPERATOR OPPORTUNITIES

• Competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus annual raises & bonus
• Home daily – local routes only, no Sunday work
• Deliver ready mix concrete to commercial & residential job sites
• Some physical labor required (loading, unloading, cleaning truck)
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel

Job Requirements:

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card
• Safe driving record and strong commitment to safety
• Dedication to exceptional customer service and upholding SRM’s values
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, “Go-Getter” attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or construction delivery experience a plus (but not required)
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings
