Working onsite in a secure prison environment, you'll conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a committed team to deliver high-quality mental health services. Location: Correctional Facility, Waseca, MN
Job Type: 32 hours weekly
Shift: Availability Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, 8-hour shift. No Weekend or Holidays

Qualifications & Skills for Clinical Psychologist:
- Doctorate degree in Psychiatry with completed residency
Current licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota
Board certification in the specialty field
Proof of clinical competency and relevant certifications
BLS through the American Heart Association
Preferred: At least one year of experience in a correctional setting
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of psychiatric practices
Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations for psychiatric care
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams
Commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant care in a correctional environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- U.S. citizen
