Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate assigned program workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting using Jira, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Support planning and execution of global WAN migration and network modernization activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and executive-level updates.
- Facilitate governance meetings, deployment readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across multiple teams and vendors.
- Coordinate with Network Engineering, Security, Data Center Operations, Procurement, and regional delivery teams.
- Support change management activities and migration readiness efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of Program Management or Senior Project Management experience.
- Strong experience managing large-scale infrastructure, network, or technology programs.
- Expertise in project scheduling, dependency management, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting WAN, network, data center, or infrastructure modernization projects.
- Background in financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Experience with global deployments, migration programs, or hardware refresh initiatives.
