Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 10 years of professional experience in manufacturing, engineering, Science & Technology, or technical operations within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing.
- At least 5 years of global program or project management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a drug product fill/finish, medical device manufacturing, or combination product packaging plant environment.
- Hands-on experience with industrialization, process qualification, manufacturing readiness, and product transfer from development to operations.
- Experience managing combination product assembly, labeling, packaging, testing, and release activities.
- Strong knowledge of program planning, scheduling, risk management, financial tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
