Role: Coupa Solution Architect
Location: New Jersey Client: Infosys
We have an urgent requirement for a Coupa Solution Architect (C2H) to be appearing for our critical pursuit s orals next week and project will start from 1st week of January (if orals go well)
- Delivered minimum 2 large Coupa procurement transformation engagements for multinational customers Candidate must have a minimum 6-8 years of hands-on working experience in Coupa implementation
- Lead requirements gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of solution scope documents
- Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Procure, Invoice, pay, sourcing, contract, Supplier mgmt., Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP s, below is the list of modules in scope
- Risk Aware (remainder)
- Core P2P (Procurement & Invoicing)
- Coupa Pay (Early Payment Discounts)
- Advanced Analytics
- AI Classification (AIC)
- Inventory
- Spend Guard
- Open Business Network (OBN)
- Excellent Communication skills in handling customers, Infosys leadership
- Lead business process sessions to document As-Is and To-Be processes
- Develop Functional and technical requirements for To-Be business processes
- Develop innovative solutions within and supplementing Coupa that has significant business impact.
- Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
- Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team.
- Develop Integration architecture with Coupa and other systems like Oracle / SAP S4
- Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
- Discuss with Stake holders and finalize Solution
- Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
- Deploy solution in various environments
- Provide training, demo & product walkthrough to client s key and end users
- Propose Innovative and holistic solutions that solve customer problems
- Develop Automation and Agentic AI solution Ideas within Coupa and supplementing Coupa
- Develop Accelerators that can be used in support and implementation engagements
- Own and drive the end-to-end RFI and RFP process
- Prepare Reusable Artefacts to be used in Presales cycle
- Prepare a high quality and winnable proposals
- Experience in handling presales activities that includes but not limited to growing Coupa competency, respond to RFI, RFP and take it for closure
