From applied research to product development, the Advanced Technology and Systems Division (ATSD) manages complex projects for government and commercial clients. The division advances the state of the art in diverse areas such as radar and electronic warfare; novel imaging technology; robotics; quantum sensing and metrology; marine technology; and applied optics.
The Research Engineer will participate in multi-disciplinary, collaborative teams and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art solutions and technologies. As a member of the team, you will engage in cutting-edge development efforts in support of on-going projects, support internal R&D efforts, and assist with developing new programs through proposal development and client engagement. Candidates who apply must be resourceful and able to work independently and as a team member in support of new and on-going projects.

Responsibilities

- RF systems/hardware (antennas, analog circuits, cascaded system analysis)
- FPGA with RF/signal processing knowledge
- Radar signal processing
- EO/IR signal processing and system design/modeling
- We hire at the M.S., and PhD level depending on position. Ideally candidates will have some type of Engineering degree or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Positions require U.S. Citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
