Expertise in managing multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs exceeding $10M budgets, driving end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Strong background in SaaS, ERP/CRM implementations, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management.
