Overview
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to support requirements gathering, business process analysis, UAT, training readiness, and Azure DevOps backlog management. This role bridges business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
< data-start="430" data-end="474">Business Analysis & Process Improvement- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Identify process improvements, operational impacts, and exception-handling requirements.
- Create business process, system interaction, and data flow documentation.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Create and maintain Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and validation plans.
- Coordinate UAT execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
- Support release readiness assessments and testing documentation.
- Create training materials, job aids, process guides, and documentation.
- Support stakeholder communication, training, and adoption activities.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and end-user readiness sessions.
- Manage backlog items, dashboards, reporting, and traceability in Azure DevOps.
- Maintain requirements, project artifacts, knowledge bases, and project documentation.
- Document business rules, validation logic, and governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of business requirements gathering and analysis experience.
- 6 years of business and technical documentation experience.
- 4 years of Agile/Scrum experience.
- 3 years of Azure DevOps backlog management experience.
- Experience documenting business processes and workflow models.
- Experience developing UAT plans, scenarios, and business validation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Azure DevOps expertise.
- Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile environments.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi).
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience documenting complex integrations, workflows, and data flows.
