< data-start="49" data-end="62">OverviewSeeking an experienced Project Schedule Manager (PMO) to manage project schedules, reporting, governance, risk tracking, and project oversight. The role supports PMO operations and coordinates with stakeholders, vendors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
< data-start="367" data-end="392">Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and update project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Track schedule progress, baselines, dependencies, critical path, and resource allocations.
- Collect and incorporate project status updates into schedules and reports.
- Monitor vendor schedule management activities and ensure adherence to approved processes.
- Produce project metrics, schedule variance, earned value, and performance reports.
- Support project governance, risk, issue, and action item management.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting, resource forecasting, and project analysis.
- Assist project teams with estimating, planning, schedule decomposition, and resourcing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, vendors, and technical teams to support project delivery.
- 3–5 years of PMO experience, including:
- Project governance and process management
- Schedule and scope baseline management
- Risk, issue, and change management
- Project execution oversight
- 2–3 years of experience in:
- Project scheduling and reporting
- Resource management
- SDLC planning and delivery
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Project Professional
- Project Server / Project Web App (PWA)
- SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server / PWA.
- Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies.
- PMP or other Project Management certification.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
