Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud, LWC & Integrations

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Required Skills

• 6 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 4 years of hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, JavaScript.
• 5 years of Salesforce Service Cloud (Health Cloud is a plus).
• 3 years of Salesforce Lightning development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, XML.
• Strong knowledge of Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
• Experience with SFDX, Git, source control, branching, merging, and deployments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong experience in data migration, integration, and Salesforce SDLC.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Develop Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build declarative solutions using Salesforce Flows.
• Design secure REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Implement OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Lead data migration, data quality, and reconciliation activities.
• Manage source control, SFDX development, Azure DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD.
• Define development standards, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with architects, business users, and technical teams.
• Support release management, deployments, and production support.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience Cloud.
• Health Cloud.
• Azure DevOps.
• Conga.
• Draw loop.
• Government/Public Sector or Healthcare domain experience.
• FedRAMP familiarity.
