Start Date : Immediately after BGV and Vaccinations


Skills Required:

  • Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting (Windows, printers, software)
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Active Directory user support (password reset, access issues)
  • Hardware installation and configuration
  • Ticketing tools and good communication skills
  • Network-related issues in an onsite environment.
