Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused EUC DSS Engineer to provide advanced desktop support and end-user computing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and mobility issues while ensuring seamless IT support for end users in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EUC technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Perform OS installations, system reimaging, device migrations, and PC builds/configurations.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Support Active Directory administration, including Group Policy (GP) updates, Organizational Units (OU), user account management, and access provisioning.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows operating system issues, including Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors and performance-related problems.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint security solutions.
- Support BitLocker encryption, recovery key management, and device compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office applications, Outlook profiles, OST/PST files, and email-related incidents.
- Manage and support iPhones, mobile devices, and cloud-based document management platforms such as iManage Cloud.
- Provide Video Conference Room (VCR) and collaboration tool support for meetings and events.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, patch management, and application troubleshooting.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding activities, including device allocation, account setup, and decommissioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, asset lifecycle management, and hardware/software compliance.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
- Document incidents, service requests, root cause analysis, and technical procedures in the ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request, & Asset Management modules.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM,Intune,Windows Autopilot,& endpoint management technologies.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user administration.
- Expertise in desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and system imaging.
- Experience with VPN, MDM solutions, BitLocker, and endpoint security tools.
- Familiarity with Outlook OST/PST management and email troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting printers, networking, and video conferencing technologies.
- Knowledge of iOS device management and enterprise mobility solutions.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise support environment and meet SLA commitments.
