The Field Adjuster Onboarding & Training Manager is dynamic and detailed oriented, with proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training independent adjusters, specializing in Homeowners Insurance Claims. This role ensures that independent field adjusters are well-prepared to handle claims effectively while exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Bachelor's degree in business, training & development, insurance, or a related field.
5 years of experience in training, onboarding, or claims management.
Knowledge of insurance claims processes and field adjusting.
Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in developing training programs and e-learning solutions.
Proficiency in claims management and training software.
