Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as Director of Sales located in Columbia, SC. The Director of Sales will oversee and execute sales operations and strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth for the community. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, securing new resident move-ins, nurturing relationships with prospective residents and their families, generating and following leads, conducting tours, and collaborating with other departments to deliver personalized solutions. Additionally, the role will require close coordination with the marketing team to optimize outreach and implement successful marketing initiatives.

- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to connect with prospective residents and their families.
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
- Proven track record in Business Development, identifying opportunities for growth and market outreach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
